Since 1994, the Group has developed and matured steadily from a solid

Heng Tai as a Group was founded in 1994. In the earlier years, the principal activity of the Group is to engage in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods in the China market; trading imported goods in Mainland China and exporting Chinese goods to international markets. Heng Tai also offers local networking expertise and solutions to foreign businesses that wish to enter into China market.
グループとしての亨泰は1994年に創業しました。初期において、亨泰の主要な活動は、中国市場における日用消費財の流通、輸入商品の中国本土における販売、中国商品の世界市場への輸出に従事することでした。亨泰はまた、中国市場に参入したいと思っている外国企業に対して国内ネットワークの専門能力とソリューションも提供しました。
With the steady growing demand for quality fast-moving consumer goods in China, there was and obvious need for an efficient, nationwide supporting network to ensure our business success. Heng Tai has its own storage facilities in Shanghai, serving as a flagship distribution facility; catering for premium goods that need special attention, such as frozen meats, chilled seafoods and perishables. The facilities are set to international standards, with Total Multi Temperature Management system in place and it is managed by a team of qualified professionals.
中国において高品質の日用消費財に対する需要が段々と増すのに伴い、我々の事業の成功を確実なものとするための効率的で全国的なサポート網が、明らかに必要となりました。亨泰は、基幹流通施設として機能する自前の貯蔵施設を上海に所有し、冷凍肉、冷凍魚介類、生鮮品等、特別な注意を要する高級商品を配送しています。この貯蔵施設は国際標準に適合しており、全温度型管理システムを常備し、また有資格の専門家チームにより運営されています。
In the later part of year 2002, noticing the fragmented business nature of the fresh produce market in China, Heng Tai focused and seized opportunities in Southern China by constructing the Fresh Produce Logistics Centre in Zhongshan; ambitiously offering a centralized trading arena, logistics hub and world-class temperature controlled storage facilities. The centre also offers value-added services such as packaging, import and export processing, brand development and fresh product market information and analysis.
2002年の後半に、亨泰は、中国の生鮮品市場の事業が細分化されていることに注目し、中山(注：地名)に生鮮品の流通拠点を建設し、集中化された取引場、物流ハブ、そして世界級の温度管理型貯蔵施設を野心的に提供することで、華南地域における事業機会に焦点化し、かつそれを奪取しました。この流通拠点はまた、包装、輸出入用加工、ブランド開発、生鮮品市場の情報分析等の付加価値サービスも提供しています。
China's rapid economic development has given rise to the lack of a proper infrastructure of the cold-chain services industry, the Group recognize this weaknesses and gaps and therefore through an exercise of merger and acquisition has incorporated cold chain logistics solutions into the Group's business model. This was a natural synergetic extension to the Group's other facilities which were already in place.

In line with China Government's Policy and strong commitment in the agriculture Industry, the Group began to gradually steer its business strategy by diversifying into the agriculture business in recent years. The agriculture sector of the business has become increasingly important to differentiate the Group from others within the industry.
